How to Purchase Artwork from Desert Eagle Fine Art

Thank you for choosing to purchase artwork from one of our outstanding artists. There are two ways to purchase art: using PayPal for immediate purchase and delivery or through the Desert Eagle Fine Art Collectors Layaway Plan.

For Immediate Purchase
Please fill in the form below with your name, shipping address and contact information, as well as the name of the artist, the title, and the edition if required.

  1. All payments will be processed directly through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and your own account. Also, please indicate any extra-ordinary shipping instructions. NB: If you do not already have a PayPal account, please go to www.paypal.com The setup is quick and easy.
  2. Once your purchase request has been received, we will process it directly with the artist. The artist will advise the gallery within three (3) days confirming the order and providing shipping charges and taxes where applicable.
  3. A detailed invoice will be emailed to you, at which time you will confirm your order and send your payment using your PayPal account.
  4. The artist will be informed that the payment has been received, whereupon the work will be sent to you directly from the artist within five (5) days of receiving the order.
  5. You will receive the name of the carrier, the carrier tracking number and insurance number from the artist.
  6. All shipments will be backed and insured for a safe delivery from the artist’s studio.
  7. Please contact us at Desert Eagle Fine Art if there is any unusual delay. Please advise us when your art work arrives.
  8. All artwork will be shipped by postal service, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the size of the piece and its destination.
  9. Please inform Desert Eagle Fine Art upon the arrival of the artwork.

All work is guaranteed. We do our best to insure that our website photos are accurate. However, please be aware your monitor may present a different color tone.

If the work is not what you had envisioned, you may return it to the artist within 3 days of its arrival at no charge. A return label will be provided. The work must be returned within the 3 days allotted in the original packaging and including any additional packaging to insure its safe return. It must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will receive a full refund including shipping and insurance fees, by way of your original payment through PayPal.
